About Me

 I'm passionate about working with people to make positive, long lasting changes that improve their physical and emotional health. I've used my education and experience in the fields of behavioral and relational psychology for nearly two decades to help a diverse group of clients clarify their goals, develop healthy habits and find renewed health.

What is health coaching?

My primary focus with clients is to act as a guide as they pursue better health. This can be a complex subject, so we start with understanding five pillars of optimal health - sleep, nutrition, exercise, hydration and emotional wellbeing.
